The “CSD 650” is a Cutting suction dredger, capable of operating down to 18 meters depth. The five bladed head can rotate 700 kw (816 hp) at 32 rpm, with two anchors 3000 kg each and 200 meters of wire on  27 tons pulling winch. The vessel is ideal for dredging in harbors and other sheltered waters and can operate not more than 1 mile from the shore in not more than sea state 3. The Cutter Suction Dredger CSD 650 may be used only to transfer mud, sand, gravel and or water mixtures or other similar materials.
