Zamig Ismayilov, Director of CMS Ltd. Azerbaijan Brach Office, participated in the Middle East Offshore Support Journal Conference which took place on 19-20 May 2015 in Dubai, UAE. He spoke at the Regional Update session which put a spotlight on developments within the Caspian markets. Mr. Ismayilov provided practical feedback on how to resolve country-specific challenges and optimize OSV operations. His speech also included update on E&P projects and spending in Azerbaijan, analysis on how the local market has been affected by the decline in oil prices, identification of vessel requirements for ongoing developments as well as the forecast for charter rates in the region.
